What counts as a “standard window”?
A typical pane you can open or that has its own frame. Big picture windows, glass doors and skylights count differently — the Window Count Guide walks through it.
Why is there a minimum?
Every visit has a fixed cost to send a pro to your door. The minimum covers a small job properly; on bigger jobs it simply disappears into the per-unit rate.
Is the ballpark the final price?
No — it’s built from the same rates, but the exact number is confirmed on the visit, before any work begins. You approve it from your phone.
Do recurring visits cost less?
Often, yes. For businesses and busy homes we set a fixed per-visit price for the agreed scope and frequency. Ask when we visit.
Sales tax?
Prices are before sales tax. In Washington, gutter cleaning is taxable; window and exterior surface cleaning generally isn’t. It’s shown on the estimate either way.
When do I pay?
After the work is done and you’re happy — by card online from the invoice we text you.
