By the hour

$50 an hour, billed by the clock. The $120 minimum covers the first visit of up to two and a half hours.
Interior cleaning for homes and offices, one-time or on a schedule. Priced by the hour rather than by the room: the cleaner starts the clock when they arrive and stops it when they leave, and the invoice is built from that time. $50 an hour, $120 minimum.
