Professional Conduct
PLACEHOLDER — Represent Bixol professionally on every job: be on time, be respectful to customers and neighbors, and wear/display Bixol branding where provided.
Safety
PLACEHOLDER — Follow standard safety practices for your work (ladder safety, PPE, chemical handling). Report any injury or near-miss to Bixol immediately.
Customer Property
PLACEHOLDER — Treat customer property with care. Report any damage immediately rather than leaving the customer to discover it.
Communication
PLACEHOLDER — Use the Bixol staff portal for job updates and customer communication. Do not share customer contact information outside of Bixol systems.
Standing
PLACEHOLDER — This policy may be updated by Bixol from time to time; continued work after an update means you accept the current version.
