We count and confirm
On the visit we count your window units, walk you through anything unusual, and give you the exact price.
Outside first
Scrub, squeegee, detail the edges. Frames and sills wiped as we go.
Inside, if you chose it
Shoe covers on, drop cloths where needed. Screens out and washed, tracks cleaned.
Walk-through
You look, we fix anything you’re not happy with, then we send the invoice by text.

How long does it take?
A typical home takes a couple of hours outside, longer inside & out. We’ll tell you on the visit.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only. For inside & out, someone needs to let us in.
What about hard-water spots?
Light spots come off with the wash. Etched mineral stains need a separate treatment we can quote on the spot.
Rain after you leave?
Rain doesn’t make clean glass dirty — dirt does. If you’re unhappy after a storm, text us.
