Plans change. Here’s how that works.

Once you’ve picked a time for the work on your estimate, that slot is held for you and taken out of the schedule for everyone else. If your plans change, just let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment window and there’s no charge at all — reschedule to a new time or cancel outright.

• Text or call us and we’ll take care of it — no forms, no hoops.
• There’s no limit on rescheduling with proper notice.

Less than 24 hours’ notice, or nobody available at the property when we arrive, means the slot couldn’t be offered to another customer. A $50 late-cancellation or no-show fee applies — the same kind of flat fee you’d see from a dentist or a salon for a missed appointment.

• Your very first reschedule is always free, no matter how last-minute — plans genuinely change, and we don’t want the policy to feel like a trap the first time.
• The fee is flat regardless of job size — it covers the missed slot, not a share of the work.
• A fee, if one applies, is shown to you and confirmed the same way any other charge is — nothing gets billed as a surprise.

If rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions mean we need to move your appointment, that’s entirely on us — we’ll text you, offer the next safe time, and it never counts as a late cancellation or costs you anything.

The same courtesy runs both ways. If we ever need to move or cancel your appointment — a technician calls out, a prior job runs long — we’ll tell you as early as we possibly can and get you rebooked at the next time that works for you.

If late cancellations or no-shows become a pattern on an account, we may ask for a deposit to hold future appointments. We’ll always tell you directly if that’s the case, before it applies.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes apply to appointments booked after that date.
