Why by the hour and not a flat price?
Nobody can tell how long a home takes without seeing it, and a flat price means either you overpay or we rush. The clock is the honest version.
What does the $120 minimum cover?
The first visit up to two and a half hours. Past that it is $50 an hour.
Can I cap the time?
Yes. Tell us the ceiling and the priorities, and we work down the list until we hit it.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. If you would rather we used your products, leave them out and say so.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get in. Plenty of people leave a code.
