The deal, in writing.

Every service has a per-visit minimum (residential window cleaning: $120). Pricing is based on the published rate for the service — window units, linear feet, or square feet — the level of service selected, and the condition and accessibility of the property.

• Skylights, glass doors, specialty or unusually large glass, difficult access, heavy buildup, and unusual materials may require an adjusted quote.
• Any ballpark you get from our website is an estimate built from published rates, not a quote.
• The final price is always confirmed with you before any work begins.

After the visit we send your estimate as a link by text and email. It lists the services, the price, and how long it’s valid. You can approve it, ask for changes, or decline from your phone.

• Work is scheduled once you approve the estimate.
• An expired estimate may need to be refreshed before we schedule.

Estimate visits are performed in person so we can look at the property and give you an accurate price. Once you approve an estimate, we schedule the work for a time that works for you and confirm it by text.

If rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions affect your appointment, we will contact you and move the visit to the next suitable time. Safety and quality results come first.

To complete your service we may need reasonable access to the exterior and, for interior work, the inside of the property. Please tell us in advance about pets, alarms, gates, parking, or anything else we should know so we can plan the visit.

When you book a date for the work, you agree to our Cancellation Policy, which covers the notice window for cancelling or rescheduling free of charge, and what happens with a late cancellation or a no-show. Weather or safety delays on our end are never charged to you.

You pay after the work is done. We send an invoice by text and email with a secure link to pay online by card; payment is due on receipt unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

• Prices are before applicable sales tax, which is shown on your estimate and invoice.
• Commercial and recurring customers may have their own agreed terms, which then apply.

By providing your contact details, you agree that Bixol may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your estimate and service. When you ask for a sign-in code in the Bixol or Bixol Go app or on bixol.net, we text you that one-time code; if you have an account, we may also text you about it (security notices and, for pros, onboarding, job offers and assigned jobs). Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance at any time. We take pride in the results. If something about your service does not look right, contact us and we will make it right.

Bixol is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions — such as scratched glass, failed window seals, worn screens, damaged tracks, loose or damaged gutters, deteriorated siding or roofing, or paint and construction debris. We will bring any such conditions we notice to your attention.
