How does pricing work?
Every rate is published on our pricing page. On the visit we confirm the exact price for your property, and you approve it from your phone before any work begins.
When do I pay?
After the work is done and you’re happy — by card online from the invoice we text you.
Do I need to be home?
For an estimate visit, no — we can price most exterior work from outside. For the work itself, it helps but isn’t required.
Where do you work?
Across the Pacific Northwest. Put your address in when you book, or check it on our coverage map, and we’ll confirm right away.
Why is there a minimum?
Every visit has a fixed cost to send a pro to your door. The minimum covers a small job properly; on bigger jobs it simply disappears into the per-unit rate.
How fast do you reply?
