Is this a job?+
No — it’s independent-contractor (1099) work. You’re your own business working with Bixol, not an employee. You handle your own tools, schedule, and taxes; you get a 1099 at year end.
How do I get paid?+
Weekly, every Thursday, by direct deposit for the work you completed that week. You add your bank account in the app once you’re approved.
Do I need my own tools and transportation?+
Yes. You bring your own gear and get yourself to the job. We bring the customers, the scheduling, and the payouts.
Where will I work?+
Your home zip code is always part of your area. In the app you add any other zips you want to work in and set your own hours.
How fast can I start?+
Usually within days: apply, a short call in the window you picked, sign the paperwork, verify your ID, and you’re live in Bixol Go.
Can I do both sales and technician work?+
You pick one path to start. Once you’re active, talk to us about adding the other.
